How long does shipping take?
Orders inside Turkey ship within 1–2 working days and arrive in 2–5 days. International delivery times depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.
What does the warranty cover?
Every MAD MAX frame carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Impact damage from a crash is covered by our Crash Replacement program at a reduced price.
Can I order prescription lenses?
Yes. Most of our performance frames accept prescription inserts or direct-glazed Rx lenses. Pick the frame, choose the Rx option, and send your prescription after checkout.
Do you work with teams and wholesale?
We do. Tell us your team size and timeline through the form and choose “Wholesale” as the topic — our partnerships crew will take it from there.
